Here you'll find encouragement, guidance, and a local crew of like-minded runners. Classes based around increasing your personal Strength, Speed, Agility & Stamina, through the use of training drills and fun games. Each session will finish with a social group jog/run.

Do you want to be able to run 5km or improve your 5km time? Regardless of your level this 4 week course is designed to equip you with the tools and confidence to complete 5km or beat your time.

Each 60 minute training session will have at least 30--45 minutes of training, followed by an improved end of session run to build you up to the group run in Week 4. You will receive training plans for in-between the sessions and guides to further support you.

 

OUTDOOR

TRAINING

CASTLE PARK, FRODSHAM

'Park Fitness' is an outdoor workout bootcamp group that is held weekly, in the Frodsham area.

Sessions vary between traditional Bootcamp, incorporating a variety of work stations, using some original outdoor style equipment and sessions using the natural surroundings and working out using the park's own features. 

Everyone regardless of fitness levels are welcome, as we have various clients singed up with different fitness levels and they will all workout to their own levels

Firstly... 
Having information and using it are completely different things.
Yes we have the internet, where you can find out pretty much anything you want for free. How many of you have the time or sought out the information that is needed…then if you have, has this helped you achieve your own goals?

Secondly and more important for you is…
The difference being with a Personal Trainer is the accountability.
You can go the gym and even do a few classes and tell yourself you’re giving maximum effort, but are you? 
Basically at the end of the day if you don't, then you’re not going to achieve what you want!


Personal Training creates accountability between us both.
If you’re investing time and money into going the gym, you want to know it’s worthwhile, right?


Everybody is different and doing the same things doesn't work for everybody… 
 

Yes you may get some results, but will you get maximum results?
